Echo does not work with mediawiki 1.27.0

Description

After installing and following instruction on mediawiki.org page i got a white screen. turned out to be echo.

Please use matching branches for Echo and core (e.g. master for both, or 1.27 for both).

If that doesn't work, please comment with what versions or commits you are using for both MediaWiki core and Echo.
