Description:
When viewing any page using variant=zh-hant (繁體 in the variant selector tab on monobook), instead of the centralnotice text (which is centralnotice-thanks/zh-hant on meta) being displayed, a little gray box is displayed instead. It is where the beginning of the centralnotice text is.

Other zh variants, including zh-tw, zh-hk, zh-hans, zh-cn, zh-sg, and zh itself are not affected.
