Feature request: WikiForum should provide the ability to restore a thread, thread reply, forum, or category

Description

Similar to T127595, WikiForum doesn't provide this ability. Thus, any three of these objects that get deleted are deleted forever. Perhaps we can use a similar UI to the Comments UI concept?

This is an interesting idea and I support this since currently the method of delete is nuking from the SQL database resulting in complete loss. In order to restore, this requires to first store deleted items in a temporary SQL table for later restore.
