An event is scheduled for an editathon on november 15th for the opening of "BDA 2016" in the Futuroscope, Poitiers - France ( https://bda2016.ensma.fr/ + https://bda2016.ensma.fr/program.html#wikipedia-bda ).

We have already 20 people enlisted. I don't have the exit IP address yet but I've requested it.

Could you please lift for the day (07h00 - 16h00 local time) the limit of account creation (or set it to 30) for fr.wikipedia.org from this IP address?
