Description:
Special version for MedCom wiki

After discussion with Brion and the english mediation committee mailing list, we would like a MedCom wiki setting up on wikimedia servers. I've attached a copy of our current private wiki's special:Version, but we specifically need group administration enabling, and an ability for us to add our own namespaces (I think it's prefixAdministration). Anyway, the majority should be on Special:Version that's enclosed.
