I use a 16Go iPhone 6 with iOS 10.1.1
I have just been upgrading the Wikipedia app to v.5.3.0
It doesn't work: I only get a frozen boot splash. It stays for hours.
I have been restarting, removing the app, reinstalling it: no success.

@Trace thanks for the report. I've put this into our work flow for the next update, and we may have some questions for you.
Just to clarify when you say "boot splash" you mean the Wikipedia logo screen?
Do you have a large number of saved pages? What languages do you use?
Thanks!
Boot splash = Wikipedia logo.
AFAIK I have one saved page.
On the WP app three languages are displayed: FR, DE, EN. On the iPhone I have 10 languages, such as Romanian, Portuguese, Japanese and so on.
Today the app worked after presenting its recent enhancements in a small blue backgrounded window. But I was unable to save changes on a page: it failed. I had an error message and, forgive me, I didn't take a screen copy of it.
@Trace we have a beta we released today which we think should fix this issue. Are you in our beta test group?
@Fjalapeno I'd be glad, but I won't publicly display my email. How can I send it to you?
