Steps to reproduce
- select english as the primary language
- add the top read widget, verify english top read articles are shown
- select arabic as the primary app language
- reload the feed
- verify arabic top read articles are shown in the widget
- select english as the primary language again
- re-view the widget
- tap any article in the list
Expected results
article loads
Actual results
"Sorry, could not load the article"
Also, the arabic articles remain but it says "english wikipedia"
