Description

Request hereby made for enhancement to enable JavaScript and CSS pages for users that is NOT skin dependent. The page would then be called for example User:Foo/common.js. eventually, the content in those file could be included directly in the resulting HTML instead of being linked (to be able to enter data that is not affected by temporal disalignment.
