I have Wikipedia set to MonoBook view, and today have noted that the icon links for alerts and notices have dropped halfway down the page, with the result that I am unable to click any of the links above the icons. This also means that I am unable to change the appearance setting to another skin. I ascertained that the other skins were working by creating a new account, checking all of these before switching to MonoBook, where the same problem came about.
