On [[Special:Log]] when viewing all logs, users have a choice to hide/show some of the log types.
Users with patrol rights can hide or show the patrol log. But users without patrol right can not do that.

The patrol log entries are visible for all users and take up equal amount of space in the log for all users.
Therefor all users should be able to hide the patrol log, even if they are not patrollers.
