• Purpose: co-ordinating Wikimedia projects in Wales (we feel having a .org.uk email address could be off-putting to some so we want a more neutral option)
• Initial admin email address: richard.nevell@wikimedia.org.uk
• Secondary admin email address: robin.owain@wikimedia.org.uk

Should be a public list with public archives.

You have successfully created the mailing list grwp-wici and notification has been sent to the list owner richard.nevell@wikimedia.org.uk. You can now:

@Richard_Nevell_WMUK Hello, i have created the list and you should have received an automatic mail from mailman about it, with a random password. I have made only 2 changes from the defaults for all settings. I set the description that shows up on the list of lists to "co-ordinating Wikimedia projects in Wales" and i added the second admin robin.owain.

All other settings are up to you.

There is one actionable i ask you to do, please login with the password you received, and then reset it to something else and share the new password with your second admin. Currently he doesn't know the password as there is just one initial admin for technical reasons. Btw, if you go to your list info page above you will see your names are listed as "list run by" but if you mouse over it the actual email address is the special alias "grwp-wici-owner@lists.wikimedia.org" that can be used to reach both of you at once.
