On Wikimania 2017 site, looks like interwiki languages shortcuts are not working besides English.
Example:
Other interwikis are working fine, like:
[[m:Special:EmailUser/Antoine2711|Benoit Rochon]]
Can't hardly explain why. Thank you for your help!
Looking at the French translation, it says '''[[ːfrːSusan N. Herman|Susan N. Herman]]'''. Have you tried to explicitly link to French Wikipedia already?
For the records, the current French translation results in linking to https://wikimania2017.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=%CB%90fr%CB%90Susan_N._Herman&action=edit&redlink=1
Of course you can't link to French Wikipedia just by adding [[ːfrːSusan N. Herman|Susan N. Herman]].
It doesn't work either on Meta-Wiki or Wikidata. You need a add a project prefix when linking to different project, here it would be "w" (means Wikipedia).
