Description

Prior to r38254, an edit summary such as "/* Foo */ Comment" produced a link to PAGETITLE#Foo formatted as "→Foo: Comment" in page history, watchlists, etc., the change in r38254 seems to have broken this functionality, the link now only goes to the page, not the individual section.
