Remove extraneous application information/buttons from applications listed in user profile view

Description

In the user profile view (https://wikipedialibrary.wmflabs.org/users/ for your own), if you have applications the full application view from the applications list page is shown. The editor/email information is extraneous, because it's obvious whose applications they are, and the filtering buttons don't work because they expect you to be on the applications list page.

I've got this done but waiting for https://github.com/WikipediaLibrary/TWLight/pull/48 to be merged before I file a PR - suspect there will be some conflicts that will be easier to sort out in advance of a PR.
