Description:
Sorry if I misunderstand about "Allow this user to edit own talk page while blocked" option. But if I block an user, enable autoblock and allow him/her to edit his/her own talk page, the autoblocked IP cannot edit their IP talk page, so they cannot call for help if they are autoblocked. I think it is a bug.
