Enable wdqs-admin's to control nginx
Closed, ResolvedPublic

Description

We plan to add ability to configure namespace aliases in WDQS via nginx config. For this functionality, it would be useful if WDQS admins be able to restart nginx. In general, it may be useful for admins to be able to control it, in case something goes wrong or server needs to be shut down temporarily for reload, etc.

+1 and patch looks good to me now (I encouraged using systemctl instead/besides the service command).

It will need approval in next ops meeting in the access request section, that is next Monday.
