Description:
If you move a page without leaving behind a redirect, and you move the talk page simultaneously, the talk page leaves behind a redirect. The setting to not leave a redirect should apply to talk pages and subpages which are moved simultaneously.

Couldn't recreate in 1.18svn, so I'm going to assume this was fixed at some point and mark it closed as such. I did try to find the exact revision but to no avail (must have been a side-effect of a tangentially-related commit). Anyway, fixed.
