Description:
Since November 18, 2008, no one has been able to upload a file to Japanese Wikipedia. When tried, "internal error" occurs saying "Could not create directory "temp/b/bb"" or such (public/archive/3/37, temp/d/d2, etc).

We don't know the cause very well, but would appreciate very much if you could fix it soon. Thank you.

File undelete opration

　　* Could not create directory "public/archive/3/30"

Influence is reflected on delete or undelete work.
I think developper that busy. I wish it's coped or fix.
