We (Wikimedia TN User Group) are organizing the third regional conference in Africa this year in Tunisia (please see https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/WikiIndaba_conference_2018 ).
In order to help the organizing team (10 volunteers including me) with tasks and project management we need to create a new project in Phabricator with the name: "WikiIndaba conference 2018" (as done before with WikiConvention FR 2016 and 2017). Can this be possible?
