Description

Currently only description is indexed and some tasks have no description

Example: Search "Allow fallback to any language" in Phabricator advance search: https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/search/query/_p136.e5p206/
Expected: We will find T89213 as it is the name of the task
Actual: The task display nowhere in the result even I browsed all results.

It does. Use quotation marks to search for that phrase (instead of five separate words) and get https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T89213 listed.
