Image not properly displayed in the proofread page in edit mode in Tamil wikisource

Description

While editing the proofread page in Tamil wikisource, the scanned image (PDF source) is not properly displayed. Looks like the image is laterally compressed. The problem goes away if reloaded a few times. An image is attached to explain the problem.

The problem is not consistent. That is, the lateral compression of image doesn't happen every time when edit button is pressed. But happens often.

The problem is observed in Chrome and Firefox. Doesnt seem to happen in EDGE browser. But testing in EDGE browser is underway.
