Description:
The <link rel="stylesheet" ... /> tag in head includes [[MediaWiki:monobook.css]] on Wiktionaries (wikis where forced capitalization is disabled).

The actual page is [[MediaWiki:Monobook.css]] (linked correctly for Wikipedias etc.), so on Wiktionaries [[MediaWiki:monobook.css]] and [[MediaWiki:Monobook.css]] are conflicting (consider [[MediaWiki:monobook.css]] being a redirect etc.)
