Any output in the network or console tabs of your web browser's developer tools? What are the file size and the dimensions of that file?

It happen for small (~ 200 kB) and bigger (~ 2 MB) files. Console output: "Medien konnte nicht abgespielt werden. Keine Dekoder für angefragte Formate: image/tiff" (rough translation: Media can not be played. No decoder for image/tiff".
