Description:
The Editnotice does work on a User_Talk page (http://nl.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User_talk:Beany&action=edit) but it does not work an a User page (http://nl.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User:Beany&action=edit). I have a editnotice for both pages (http://nl.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_talk:Beany/Editnotice) and (http://nl.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Beany/Editnotice). Only the last one I get no edit-notice when I edit the page.
