Fairly self-explanatory. I have extended uploader so I should really be able to do this. If I hit upload again, it comes through but gets tagged by the abuse filter as "License review by non-image-reviewers". See the file history of https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Black_and_white_cat_walks_on_the_branches_of_a_tree.jpg for an example.

Here's the patch: don't insert {{FlickrVerifiedByUploadWizard|(whatever)}}, insert {{flickrreview}}.
