Description:
If you go to [[Special:RecentChanges]], enter a tag filter into the field, and click go, all is well. However, if you then type *another* filter in and click go, the original tag filter is still added to the URL (after the new one) so clicking go still returns the same filter. Even blanking the box does not unset the filter.
