Steps to reproduce ::

1. Create an article with few sections
2. Select a section with few lines (say 2) for editing
3. Change the content and (add one word) click 'Show Changes' button

<<The comparison contains text from adjoining sections too>>

Expected Outcome::
The comparison shall be done between the sections.
