User is logged in on one device succcesfully, but synced keychain gives password error

Hi, I’m logged in to my iPad as [redacted], but when I try to log in to my phone it says incorrect password, and when I try to change it it says could not extract status. I’m afraid if I log out of my iPad I’ll lose my account for good. My keychain password should be correct to log in on my phone.
