Description:
The list of validated articles on the test Wikipedia running 1.4 returns the
following PHP error:

Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in
/home/wikipedia/htdocs/test/w/includes/SpecialValidate.php on line 501

I have reloaded the page several times, but the error continues to occur.
