When uploading a media file the Commons upload tool, by default, the system only shows one single language; i.e. the one of the user's main /user interface language. When the user wants to fill in the description or the caption for multiple languages, one needs to manually click and identify each and every additional language.

This makes it unhandy for users wanting to systematically add all language descriptions/captions for all of his/her uploaded files as registered into his/her Babel language profile.

Note: After initially uploading the media file, the structured data Captions are correctly, and automatically, shown for all of the registered languages... so it should be fairly easy to automate this also for the upload part?
