Description

When you fill the affidavit (if you'd use a car) and after a while you try to edit your ticket again, the check-box still looks like you did not fill it yet – so you try to fill it again. This leads to tickets with lots and lots of affidavits (example

A solution would be to show the complete affidavit in the edit mode.
