@Tonycepo: That is still too vague... Which specific data would you like to access, for which specific actions? If you only generally "want to know more about the alerting" I recommend reading documentation and asking specific follow-up questions if something is unclear in the documentation?

That question seems not directly related to this access request and might be better brought up in mailing lists. To quickly answer (though off-topic here), I'm only aware of one individual who has mentioned this in T53434#2637753 but regarding Toolforge.
