Make the minor edit flag editable

Description:
There should be a method to edit the minor flag, and at least your own edit summaries. The easiest way that I can think of to implement that would be to add them as editable fields to the old revision view of a page. That page is missing the edit summary anyway, so this is technically two enhancements.

I don't see how this is really needed & to me it seems like feature creep/bloat - I'd suggest WONTFIX unless a compelling use case can be demonstrated
