Functionally, the first of these buttons is just a hyperlink to Special:MyUploads:

However, it’s currently not possible to middle-click it like any other link. As far as I’m aware, an OOUI ButtonWidget (and this certainly looks like one) should be able to support this easily, by setting the href option (and perhaps also the target option, if you want it to open in a new tab by default).
