When someone blocks or unblocks a user, the event is
recorded in the Wikipedia:Block_log, so the page moves
to the top of recent changes. In recent changes, the
link to "cur" or "diff" is enabled, and when clicked,
it takes the user to this page:
http://en.wikipedia.org/w/wiki.phtml?title=Wikipedia:Block_log&diff=0&oldid=0
which displays the following error:
The database did not find the text of a page that it
should have found, named "Wikipedia:Block log (Diff: 0,
0)".
This is usually caused by following an outdated diff or
history link to a page that has been deleted.
If this is not the case, you may have found a bug in
the software. Please report this to an administrator,
making note of the URL.
So, just like for the Deletion_log and Upload_log, this
link should be disabled on Special:Recentchanges.
I believe this link also needs to be disabled with the
new Wikipedia:Protection_log as well.
