Hi there,

Apologies if this was assigned to the wrong person. We have a vendor that is trying to send emails out to several users in our domain and we're finding that they're not coming through. Their domains and IP subnets\mail servers are all whitelisted on our end, but performing an email search, the emails appear to not even reach our domain.

I'm wondering if they're getting caught in the Techops mail servers? I'm not entirely sure if those mail servers would come in contact in any way, but as these emails aren't even reaching our domain, I wanted to inquire.

Also worth noting that these emails are *not* being sent to a mailing list, they are all individual email addresses.

@HMarcus I am not really the right person for this. I can say though that "lawroom" only shows up twice in recent logs on the main production mail server and there it says "DKIM: d=lawroom.com .. [verification succeeded]", so that's a success and not a failure. campusclarity.com i don't see at all. I am adding @herron for more input.

Thanks @Dzahn , appreciate the input from the logs. Will wait for confirmation from @herron but it sounds like the bottleneck doesn't live on your end.

Hello, yes generally speaking based upon the production mail logs I am seeing mail from lawroom.com being accepted and sent onwards to google for final delivery. Messages from this domain appears to occur in bursts, with the majority of recent activity in the logs on Sept 17th, 23rd, and 25th.
