I don't see any difference (tried Mozilla 1.1b and IE 5.5,
Windows 2000). Could you post a screenshot and describe
which browser version and what OS you're using?
No, wait... with the Cologne Blue interface selected, the
page mode looks like total crap in Internet Explorer (see
screenshot). It seems somewhat worse in printing mode,
probably because of the different font face & size usage.
Something in the style sheet is mucking up the spacing, I
imagine.
(Personally, I think the print mode should completely ignore
the skin setting.)

Lowering priority; damned annoying, but a cosmetic issue on
one browser, and there's a workaround (use a different skin).

This issue still seems to be present with IE 6.0 / Windows XP.
Seems to
be present in MonoBook also, but it's only slightly annoying
and doesn't
seem to hurt legibility.
