Steps to Reproduce:
Upload a file tusing Commons Mobile App, as in: https://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=File:Campanile_chiesa_san_Salvatore_(Montecchia_di_Crosara)_3.jpg&action=history
Actual Results:
Commons App adds this template: {{According to EXIF data|}} with the date filled in a wrong way: {{According to EXIF data|19/01/2020}}. This generates a wrong, and duplicated category for the photos taken on this day: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Category:Photographs_taken_on_19/01/2020
Expected Results:
The date added should be on the format yyyy-mm-dd, in order to add the photos to: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Category:Photographs_taken_on_2020-01-19. Or, alternatively, it should not add the photos to any category at all. This way it's only generating wrong, duplicated categories with a lot of files inside, which cannot even be easily moved to the new category (using cat-a-lot, for instance). It would be much better if the category was added independently of the template. template added categories very often generate this kind of problems.
