Description

If you browse multiple images for an article (with ">") as in
https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Iller#/media/Datei:Illerursprung04.jpg
the caption is not processed correctly in some cases.
(In this example it should be "Illerdurchbruch bei Kalden" with the next image, and "Unter den Illerbrücken, Kempten" with the following).

If you open it as a single image in the MediaViewer, the caption is correct:
https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Unter_den_Illerbr%C3%BCcken,_Kempten.jpg#/media/File:Unter_den_Illerbr%C3%BCcken,_Kempten.jpg

Hi @Reinhard_Kraasch, thanks for taking the time to report this! That's because de.wikipedia.org uses some custom template called "Mehrere Bilder" with custom parameter names like UntertitelX that MediaViewer cannot know about. This problem could be solved by not using that custom template.

@Aklapper I've investigated this report. The template is transformed to HTML by the time MediaViewer processes it. The fault is in MMV's processing logic, which can be corrected. It's medium difficulty fix, that I might find the time to fix. The task can be reopened.
