Steps to reproduce
After some time I tried VE and got stuck with the following issue
- Open any article with long template (infobox), which is not at the top of the article
- Edit it in VE
- Click and hold the template
- Try to move it up
Expected behavior
The edit window should automatically move when I move mouse holding the template towards top or bottom of the edit window.
Current behavior
Although the edit window moves down when I move mouse holding the template towards bottom of it, it does not move up when I move mouse in the opposite direction. This makes possible to move template down, but impossible to move template up.
