Currently it's possible to read an article while listening to an audio file in the same window. This is no longer possible in the VideoJS player, since the playback is connected to the pop-up.

This also occurs for videos, but in this case there is no visual content at all other than the subtitles (if any), so it makes less sense to prevent the user from interacting with the rest of the screen.
