Steps to reproduce

Go to https://labels.wmflabs.org/ui/enwiki/
Notice the presence of a [+] button before the description of each campaign
Click on any of these expansion buttons

Expected result
The tool shows more content related to the selected campaign
Actual result
Nothing happens (other than [+] changing to [-])

I think getting rid of the button would probably be the best solution here.
