When the module was created, it was meant for the English Wikipedia. However, now it's increasingly being used on other wikis, so in order to prevent unnecessary and inefficient code branching, it's crucial to fully internationalize the module. The main steps have already been taken, but various smaller issues remain.

Indeed that's the module. I had forgotten about this task and project. I'm closing this task as resolved and archiving the project for now because the wiki talk page is the de facto bug tracking and issue reporting hub, and is working quite well for now. I'll un-archive if necessary. Thanks!
