Show major contributors' names under the title of each article

Description:
I don't know how to put this, but I think:

First,it is at least etiquette to put names under a piece of writing and this is

the least respect we can show to those volunteers.

Volunteers would feel more responsibility when they know their names/IDs can be

directly seen by any readers.

For some bad buys, they have to change their IPs and IDs more often to avoid be

exposed and banned too much.

Readers could easily have impression for some names or IDs associated with high-

quality articles and then purposely find more good articles by the same volunteers.

It is the base for choosing featured-authors in the near future if we finally

decide to do it.

Implementation Issues:
I just list a few here to be expaned by others.

  1. how many author names do we need to show?

I would say show as much as possilbe within the limit of one line length.:-)

  1. How to decide the order the names appear?

The simpler the better. The volunteer wrote the most in the latest version is placed
as the first author. Somebody may argue about taking quality into consideration. But
that would make things complicated I think.

Marking this as invalid since it's already in the codebase.
