I inserted in [[eo:Ŝablono:Temo de Eŭropo]] a pre-tag with a code: {{subst:.......}}.
If I click on the link of the subst, it links me to [[eo:Help:Subst:]].

Is it a bug or do we have to change some unknown system message?

Cannot reprodue. If fixed in maintime, then make as INVALID.
