At https://wikipedialibrary.wmflabs.org/about/ we wrote out the block-related Library Bundle requirement as "You are not currently blocked from editing Wikipedia". We actually check for blocks from all Wikimedia projects.

This should be reworded to "You are not currently blocked from editing a Wikimedia project".
