In Commons categories files sorted by default at the letter F, but not at the beginning of filename. But when add defaultsort key images sorted without 'File'.

For example: There are files [[:File:Central stadium in Cherkasy.jpg]], [[:File:Naftovyk Stadium, Okhtyrka.jpg]], [[:File:RSC Locomotive.jpg]], [[:File:Zirka Stadium.jpg]] i category.
