Description

For workflow like T265341 it would be useful for the cookbook to run Homer on a relevant device (eg. the switch connected to the target device).
I'd imagine a similar prompt to the homer "commit" action, and if NO is selected (eg. because there are other outstanding changes), to not stop the cookbook.
