Hi,

Following the recognition of the new User Group: Wiki World Heritage (https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Category:Newly_Recognized_Wikimedia_User_Group ) , could you, please, create a mailing list for the members of this UG.

Requested name of the mailing list (ending in @lists.wikimedia.org):
wwh@lists.wikimedia.org (the WWH is the code that AffCom assigned to this group).

The list will be publicly accessible and publicly archived.

Reasoning/explanation of purpose:
Serve as the main and official channel of communication for the UG members

Initial list administrator's email address (primary contact of the UG https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Wiki_World_Heritage_User_Group#Members ) :

  • arch.nassimachahboun@gmail.com
  • bousrihyamen@yahoo.com

Secondary list administrator's email address:

  • habib.mhenni@gmail.com

You have successfully created the mailing list wwh and notification has been sent to the list owner arch.nassimachahboun@gmail.com. You can now:

Visit the list's info page
Visit the list's admin page

Hello @Yamen,

requested granted! The list has been created and the initial list admin email address should have received an automatic email with a random password. That can be used to login at the admin page link above.

I have only changed the following things from defaults:

  • added secondary admin address (but they have not received the password yet, please share it with them! optionally change it to something else first)
  • added "Wiki World Heritage User Group" as list description which will be shown in the list overview and list info page.

You can change that, the language of the UI, design elements of your list info page, archive settings and much more. It's all at defaults and up to you now.

List archives will be here and are public by default.
