Petscan returns the error message

Server(ServerError { code: 1290, message: "The MariaDB server is running with the --read-only option so it cannot execute this statement", state: "HY000" })

for example when using the URL

https://petscan.wmflabs.org/?language=de&project=wikipedia&categories=Wikipedia:Artikel%20ohne%20Wikidata-Datenobjekt%0D%0A&negcats=Wikipedia%3AL%C3%B6schkandidat&combination=union&ns%5B0%5D=1&show_redirects=no&wikidata_item=without&interface_language=en&&doit=

which worked before.

Could you please check/restart the service ?
